This is a little complex - I've abbreviated it somewhat to the basic needs. He has some stuff he can offer (possible mixer, cables etc) but first wants to see if we can provide the following. He is also willing to help with transporting stuff from Kingston or wherever:
1. Mixer for 16-20 channels of input (8-10 people, stereo input)
2. Every person will have their own laptop/sound output device. Need about 10 stereo mini -> 1/4" stereo "y" cables.
3. Computer monitor - he's performing off a mac mini.
4. Enough table and chair space for all (up to 10 folks w. laptops)
5. He would LIKE a time beyond sound check to meet with his ensemble if possible

Hello Everybody,
It's your happy curator Michelle here! I want to get some details from you please about your participation in Sunday's concert (which i think is going to be fantastic, btw). If you could email me this information as soon as humanly possible and not later than Sunday May 20 I would really appreciate it. And of course, if you have any questions at all, please give a shout. The list above is still in progress and it's not in order yet.
Here are my questions to YOU:
1) What technical needs do you AND ANY OF THE MEMBERS OF YOUR ENSEMBLE have? Do you need amplified sound? Visuals? Microphone? Special lighting????
2) What "furniture" do you need? Chairs (how many)? Stools? Music stands? Tables????
3) How long is your piece (12-15 minutes suggested for large ensembles, 7 minutes for smaller)?
3a) Do you want assistance with timing your piece during the concert or are you cool with handling that (some people have trouble with time...)?
4) Name of your piece
5) Complete list of performers
6) Short description of your piece or anything you would like to say about it (how about under 100 words).
7) This one is really important - while we really want to encourage everyone to rehearse in advance using skype and related tools, we understand some face to face time might be important too. We're trying to make time for that as needed, but it's going to be tight. Do you need to have a meeting time for your ensemble at Lifebridge, outside of the sound check and performance time? In other words, do we need to give you an onsite rehearsal slot? Bear in mind some members of your ensemble might only be present on Sunday...
8) Anything else you need to tell me?
